304 of low carbon 304L, used for welding.
304N: add nitrogen is in order to improve the strength of the steel.
316: compared with 304, because of containing molybdenum, so in the Marine environment corrosion resistant performance and chemical industry.
316L: low carbon.
321: with titanium, stainless steel welded components for use in high temperature.
